The Rod Run Pigeon Forge events are one of the most highly anticipated times of the year. Many thousands of people from all over the country flood into Pigeon Forge for any of the Rod Run events held each year.

When the Rod Run comes to town, the streets start to fill up with people placing their folding chairs all up and down the strip.

Who is watching who? Everyone loves to sit all along the side of the road and just take in the sites and sounds of it all.

All the hard work that each owner puts into their pride and joy pays off a bit as people walk by and admire the handi-work.

The Rod Run events held each year are the main event of the season for the thousands of Hot Rod aficionado's that make the pilgrimage each year.

Last but not least, how could I not share this picture of my son as he wonders how long it will be before he can climb into one of the magnificent rides here and put the pedal to the medal!
