One Fine Ride! No, let me rephrase that.....Many Fine Rides! at all the Rod Runs in Pigeon Forge.
So many fine rides that in fact this little webpage will not..indeed, cannot do justice to all the awesome cars and trucks that show up for any number of Car Show events that take place each year in Pigeon Forge Tennessee.
What is a Rod Run?
It's no secret that Americans love cars. They especially love the classics like 57 Chevys, the Chevy Nova, Camaros, Chevelles, Ford Mustangs, just to name but a few.
It is also the place to find Hot Rods, Street Rods, Muscle Cars and just about any other fine ride you can think off. It's a place that vendors, both professional and home grown come and "horse trade" all up and down both sides the street while sharing tips and techniques on how to get the job done when it come to building and customizing their rides.

It's a place where "good ol' boys" network with other Hot Rod enthusiast and just have a good ol' time cruizin' up and down the street and seeing who can burn out and leave the longest tire marks and smoke their tires before being caught by the local police. SMOKEM'! like the gas was free!
"Be sure to ask about discount tickets for area attractions when you rent your Cabin..."
Every year Pigeon Forge is host to at least 3 HUGE Rod Runs. Plus a few smaller ones thrown in for good measure.
April of each year
Spring Grand Rod Run. Main show held at the Grand Hotel. Usually around the middle of April. One of the "Big ones."
May of each yearChevy Classic Rod Run. If your love is Chevys, this is the one. Main show at Music Road Hotel and Convention Center in Pigeon Forge during May.
The two middle weekends of September of each year
By far the biggest and baddest of all Rod Runs anywhere are the Shades of the Past Rod Run and the Grand Fall Rod Run held the two middle weekends of September each year at the Grand Hotel in Pigeon Forge. Basically two full weeks of none stop Custom Car action.
The Great Smoky Mountains in the back ground, a cool breeze with the tempetures in the mid to high 70's, fine rides and fine people. What more could a car show enthusiast ask for?
Speaking of fine people, below you see a picture of Charles Love.
I happened to meet Charles in front of my Airbrush booth where I work here in Pigeon Forge. Charles is from Georgia and had his really slick lookin' Butternut yellow 1968 Camaro up for sale, so I figured, what the heck, I'm building this webpage about this Pigeon Forge event so I'll put up a shot or two and see if I can help him out. No strings attached.

Below you can see all the "vital info" you need, if you're interested give him a call.
