I love Cheeseburgers. You might even call me a cheeseburger conosoiur.

You know, one of them sophisicated folk that really, really delights in what they partake in? Something like that anyhow.

The Log Cabin Pancake House in Pigeon Forge is well known as one of the friendliest places around to go find some down home cooking that the area is known for. Things like Country Ham, Fried Chicken, Catfish, Meat Loaf, home cooked vegtables and much more.

And that ain't to mention all the fabulous lip smackin' Pancake dishes that are a legendary staple.

Well, on a cold January day in Pigeon Forge, Sarah, James and I decided we would just have a good old fashioned Cheseburger.

January is the time of year that is very slow in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and surrounding area. Dollywood is all closed down for the season. All the kids are in school. It's usually cold outside and just not real agreeable to tourist. If you do come to town though, you will practically have the whole town to yourself.

And one of the best things to do is track down a delicious chesseburger!

When you come to this famous Pancake House in Pigeon Forge, you will be greeted as soon as you enter by smiling faces, eager to make your dining experience an enjoyable one.

When we arrived, everyone was a taking a little break from all the action. A big bus load of 208 children from the Special Olympics had just left.

The friendly waitress took our order for the cheeseburger and while we waited James decided he would like to enjoy a hot cup of Coco.
