At the Dollywood Information Center
you will not have the problem of getting good solid information. Sometimes this can be a hard thing to do.
Not only can you get great info about all the area attractions and things to do, but you can find out
about special events and things not othrewise advertised and known.
When you come into Pigeon Forge, just keep driving down the parkway until you come to Stoplight #8,
look to your left and you will see the Dollywood Information Center next to the big Dollywood sign.
Turn left at the light and then take an immediate left into the parking area.

When the Fall season arrives, they have a huge Scarecrow outfront with lots of pumpkins
At various times of the year they will have different displays in the front yard of the Information Center.
When I took the photos on this page it was the middle of October, so that is why you see the big Scarecrow and
lots of pumpkins in front of the building.

You can't miss the front of the building
Around back is the little parking area and the Trolly stop
Don't forget, you can catch a Trolly to Gatlinburg from here as well as to Dollywood and Dollywood Splash Country.
There is not much parking here at the Info Center though. It might be a better idea to park at
Patriot Park next to the Trolly Station and take a Trolly your destination from there.

You can eaily find the Information Booth and Ticket Office in the back of the building
In the back of the building you will see the Old Steam engine and a little parking area. From here you should easily be able to find the Ticket Window where you can get info and buy tickets to Dollywood and Dollywood Splash Country if you wish.

and lots of brochures about area attractions
There is a lot to do in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.(Under statement!)
There is simply no way you are gonna have time to do everything! That's why it is a good idea to slow down and do a little planning before you launch out on your journey.
I really think that the Dollywood Information Center can help you.
