"You have to explore...you have to hunt a little to find a treasure...."

"In the end you will be cherish the journey as much as the destination."

I don't know anyone that doesn't like Italian food.

I'm sure they are out there though. Hard to believe...that there are actually people out there walking around on planet earth that don't love Gralic bread sticks, hot steaming Pasta covered with a delicious Marinara sauce, a ceasar salad and maybe a small glass of redwine.

“Italian restaurants with more than 120 entrees are always disappointing.” Miss Piggy, 'Miss Piggy's Guide to Life' (1981)

"A world devoid of tomato soup, tomato sauce, tomato ketchup and tomato paste is hard to visualize. Could the tin and processed food industries have got where they have without the benefit of the tomato compounds which colour, flavour, thicken and conceal so many deficiencies? How did the Italians eat spaghetti before the advent of the tomato? Was there such a thing as tomato-less Neapolitan pizza?” Elizabeth David (1913-1992) An Omelette and a Glass of Wine, 1984

When you come to the Smokies you may not have Italy on your mind. But it would a mistake to think that you cannot find some of the Best Italian food anywhere right here in Gatlinburg.

Ogle's Brick Oven is the place that I go every time my little family is in the mood for some Great Italian food.

When we go I have a lot of trouble not filling up on all the delicious garlic bread sticks before the main course gets there.

Speaking of main courses, some of the most popular dishes on the menu are:

Baked Brick Oven Spaghetti
Manicotti with Marinara sauce
Chicken Parmigina
Veal Parmigiana
Pasta Primavera
Just to name a few.

By the way, all prices are very resonable and are the be$t in town.
